Yes, we do offer pick up and drop off at the Jackson Hole Airport, for a fee of 7% of the rental cost. This fee is charged by the airport for any business picking up customers. Alternatively, vans can be picked up in the town of Jackson at no additional cost.
We have a 2-week cancellation policy. A 3% cancellation fee will be assessed on all refunds outside of 2 weeks. Cancellations within 2-weeks of the rental start date will forfeit payment.
Drivers must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver’s license and insurance policy.
We require each driver to carry their own Liability and Collision damage auto insurance policy that covers them while renting a vehicle.
Jackson Hole Rental Vehicles has a 250-mile radius which includes both Bozeman, Montana and Salt Lake City, Utah.
While the vans may seat 15 people, they really do feel similar to a car or truck. We recommend taking your turns a little wider than normal and being mindful of parking.
At this time, we do not offer one way rentals but we may offer this service in coming years.
